Featuring a spacious loading area measuring 4000 × 1800 mm with 1200 mm-high drop sides, the trailer provides generous cargo space for demanding transport requirements. Its heavy-duty 100 × 50 mm U-channel steel chassis offers structural strength, while the 2.5 mm hot-rolled mild steel floor provides a durable loading surface. The frame, side panels and also tailgate are manufactured from 50 × 50 mm mild steel tubing for reliable everyday performance.
The trailer is equipped with twin 1500 kg braked square axles, supporting improved load distribution and braking performance. The 14-inch wheels, 48 mm heavy-duty single-wheel jockey wheel and 3-ton galvanised cast iron braked coupler with integrated damper provide practical towing support when correctly matched to the towing vehicle and load.
Road-safety equipment includes a 4-in-1 halogen lighting system for brake, park, indicator and number plate lights, a 7-pin trailer plug, front plus the rear reflectors, a 1150 mm rear chevron board and 50 mm yellow reflective tape covering approximately 70% of both sides.
